  • Possibility to rent a private parking spot for  CHF 120.-/ calendar month. From September 1 st each year minimum 5 months (CHF 600.-). From March 1 st each year minimum 4 months  (CHF 480.-)

  • Snow removal for paths to the houses. However, snow removal for the parking is included.
  • The tenant is responsible for the payment of the Tax LHR & LVLHR, Serafe etc
Deposit & Conditions
Please contact us. Rental contracts are for minimum 1 year, starting either in September or March (pending availability). To guarantee your rental, a deposit of one month must be paid upon signature and will be reimbursed at the end of the rental period as per inventory check. Rent is then paid in batches of 6 months, and must be received in our account one month before the contract start date. e.g. if your contract starts 1st September, then your first six months’ rent must be in our account by end of July. Your next 6 months must be in our account by end of January for the period March – August.

How can I see and visit one of the houses ?

Please contact us, and we will arrange  a tour of the houses and their gardens.

How can I reserve a room or a whole house with 5 rooms?

Please contact us. Rental contracts are for minimum 1 year, starting either in September or March (pending availability). How can I renew my rental agreement?

With great pleasure at the second rental payment, i.e. normally end of January for next September. A second deposit is not necessary when renewing your contract. 

Can I sublet my room during my internship ?

Of course, but it is your responsibility, and the contract remains between you and us. You, if you so wish, can make a rental agreement with the person sub-letting with a deposit to guarantee that he does not take advantage of the situation.

Cleaning and gardening?

A cleaning service of all the common areas (kitchen/dining room, living room and stairs) every two weeks. Cleaning of the kitchen/dining room does not mean washing up of china, casseroles, emptying bins etc… We expect certain tidiness, and this is only general cleaning and not a daily hotel type service!

If you require your room to be cleaned, this can also be arranged at your own cost.

Concerning garden maintenance, there is a gardener who looks after the garden  (mowing the lawn etc…) and is included in the rent as is the cleaning service above
